You can browse our products along 3 pages, they are classified starting with red, sweet, and white wines and ending up with the oils. To scroll the catalogue you must click on the BACK and NEXT buttons located at the bottom of each page. If you want to make a search, then, you must press the button in the middle, which is it also at the bottom of the page and introduce a search pattern; once you have done this you must click on “SEARCH THE CATALOGUE” By clicking on the name of the product you will get a detailed file about its most important characteristics.
At the moment we only can deliver the product by two different ways: in boxes made up of 6 or 12 bottles. You can choose boxes consisting of only one type of product or boxes composed of mixed products instead. Every order can be made up of boxes consisting of only one type or product or an assorted one. For instance, you could make the following order consisting of 2 boxes, an assorted one and another with just one kind of product: 1 complete box of 6 bottles Great Reserve Culebrón.
You can add products to cart by clicking on “BUY”. Every product is shown with the price including VAT. Delivery charges aren’t included. If you click on the button “BUY” the product will be added to the cart , you must remember that the minimum amount of bottles you have to buy is 6, of only one type or assorted. At any moment you can check your order by clicking on “SHOPPING CART” located at the top of the screen. In each line of the shopping cart, it is specified a product with its price. Take into account that every time you add or remove a product from the shopping cart the total price is re-calculated. SUBMIT YOUR ORDER When you are ready you can submit your order clicking on the button “REGISTER” and fill in your personal information such as: your name and the shipping and billing information. Once you have registered you can review and submit the order. If you select the option BANK TRANSFER, you will be shown a secure site to fill in with the necessary information .Once the transfer is carried out in the specified banking account the order will be delivered within 72 hours. With the aim of offering you the best service we have at your disposal one way of payment. Bank transfer: you can make the transfer at the following account: CAM. Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo Your order will start to process when the confirmation of the payment is received. Please, don’t forget to indicate in the concept of the transfer your name and reference of the order. SHIPPING AREAS, TIMES AND COSTS •AREAS Nowadays our sale service enlarges the following areas: Spain: Canary Islands, Balear Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, The Netherlands, Ireland, Poland, England and the Czech Republic. In case your country does not appear in this list, please, contact us. • DELIVERY TIMES The delivery will take 3 days for Spain and Balear islands during business days if the order is received before 5pm, except weekends and red- letter days. Regarding Ceuta, Melilla and The Canary Islands the delivery will take 4 days and for the rest of Europe it will take 7 days. In case of any delay we will contact you. • COST:
Our cellar guarantees an excellent treatment of all the products , from its storage in our cellar until the delivery. We have had special care regarding the packing so that the product is no damaged at all during this process. Yet if you have any problem with your order you can request the refund or the exchange within 7 days time from the delivery under these circumstances:
