Completely artisan elaboration by the traditional methods of been above of grape and pressed by hand, only system that was known when this great reserve was elaborated.

It has been make old in barrels of olk during long time, and once bottled,

it has rested in digging to obtain its total maturity like wine. Recommended for appetizer and desserts. This great reserve is limited and constitutes the best tribute to the grapevine and the wine.
